After already visiting Düsseldorf, Cologne and Berlin over the last years, this year the NEUWERK Festival will take place in the state of Hessen / Germany. The NEUWERK Festival will be organised in cooperation with ELECTRONIC DANCE ART and take place on the 27th of December in the heart of the Rhein / Main Area in the city of Langen (between Frankfurt/Main and Offenbach) at the Neue Stadthalle. The line up will be: VNV NATION, [:SITD:], Frozen Plasma, Colony 5, Absurd Minds and Menschdefekt. Tickets will be available as over the last years for € 28 on pre-sale plus surcharges. 2010 will be the year of APOCALYPTICA. Even before their 7th studio album ‘7th Symphony’ will hit the streets at the end of August, 6th August will see the release of the preceding single ‘End Of Me’, featuring Gavin Rossdale, front man of UK rockers of BUSH. The song is a straight rock piece that has steam under the hood and is one of four vocal tracks on the new album! Rossdale, who’s been a regular in 1990s Billboard charts with his Post-Grunge band BUSH, has the perfect voice for this track. As if the song was tailor made for him by cellists Eicca Toppinen, Perttu Kivilaakso, Paavo Lötjönen and drummer Mikko Sirén, his raw but at the same time brittle and powerful voice is of full service to the song. The cellos, sounding like modern rock guitars instantly make an entity with Rossdale’s unique voice. - Details

Together with all fans of the Twilight book series, publisher Cornelsen aims to write history. With the combined power of the fan community, they attempt to set up a sensational record by creating the world’s longest fan letter. Current record is at 12 kilometers, created by some eager TOKYO HOTEL fans. The goal is a letter, measuring at least 13 kilometers. At the end of the action, the full letter is handed over to author Stephanie Meyer. There are no regulations for the fans, concerning content. Fans for instance can put themselves into the story and write a love letter to Bella, Edward or Jacob, paint their favourite scene from the new movie or write a personal message to the author.- END OF GREEN - Tour & video
