Suicide Commando - “Vintage Show” - Support: Fïx8:Sëd8
One of the people who helped shape the electronic body music scene is Belgian Johan van Roy and his project SUICIDE COMMANDO. Johan experimented with electronic music in the late 80s. After a few songs on samplers, the insider tip became a fixed part of the playlists in the corresponding scene discos. With songs like ‘Hellraiser’, ‘Comatose Delusion’ or ‘Bind, Torture, Kill’, SUICIDE COMMANDO fills every dance floor. But live, Johan’s music and his distorted voice seem even a touch more aggressive and definitely put you in a mood.
On 17 March SUICIDE COMMANDO will perform at the Bahnhof Langendreer in Bochum. On this evening, Johan will play a vintage set of his songs. SUICIDE COMMANDO has chosen the German band FÏX8:SËD8 , who cannot deny their musical idols SKINNY PUPPY and FRONTLINE ASSEMBLY, as their support band. But despite all this, the mastermind behind FÏX8:SËD8, Martin Sane, has managed to develop his own style. A big stage show awaits you here.
