Autumn Moon Festival 2017 Day 2 with X-Rx, Heldmaschine, Christian von Aster, Letzte Instanz, Future Lied To Us, Suicide Commando, Merciful Nuns, Beborn Beton, Faun, Peter Heppner, The Beauty of Gemina, INVSN, Irdorath
Since the concerts on the first day were taking place until late at night, the second day started quite late for me, after I had a good lunch, at the Rattenfängerhalle with X-RK, followed at the Sumpfblume by HELDMASCHINE. The following day was marked by a change of locations, mainly between the already mentioned two, and rousing concerts. With short visits to other locations we finally met Christian von Aster once more for another reading, this time at the Hemmingway… at least it was planned there but there were some difficulties and so, writer and listeners found a cosy place nearby under some trees in the shadow of a church. Without any technical help, an extraordinary event took place. Kudoss to author and fans!
The day went on with amazing performances of FAUN, who soon will embark to USA and Russia, and furthermore with PETER HEPPNER, who will play a tour later this year. The following moving concert of THE BEAUTY OF GEMINA was one of my highlights of the day which was closed by the side project of REFUSED singer Dennis Lyxzén, INVSN. I rarely saw a singer moving that much during a show. Amazing! For me, the perfect end of the festival. Afterwards, Vasi Vallis was DJing at the after-show party where I was dancing until four in the morning. Autumn Moon, I will be back next year!
