Neuroticfish & Support: Neon Space Men + Aftershowparty
NEUROTICFISH was formed as alter ego of Sascha Mario Klein (music, lyrics, vocals and production) in the beginning of the 90s and is accompanied by Henning Verlage (keyboards and production) as full member since 2003. At Wave-Gotik-Treffen 2008 NEUROTICFISH announced the conclusion of this project. But in 2013 Sascha and Henning were back with their ‘Limited Behaviour EP’. Other publications followed up to ‘Antidoron’, what was released in 2018. Inspired by SKINNY PUPPY, NINE INCH NAILS and DEPECHE MODE the project creates sounds between naive Pop melodies, hard Industrial noises and Trance and Techno elements.
NEUROTICFISH will release the new album ‘The Demystification Of The Human Heart’ this year. In the meantime, you can listen to their last release ‘Velocity N20’ on Bandcamp: https://neuroticfish.bandcamp.com/album/velocity-n20. ‘Velocity’ caught the clubs by storm in the early 2000s and is now back, new polished and remixed by ASSAMBLAGE 23, FADERHEAD, AESTHETISCHE and SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS. As a bonus the new track ‘Sleep’ has been added as a little preview of the new record.
NEUROTICFISH will be supported by the newcomers NEON SPACE MEN, who are part of Sonic Seducer’s Battle of the Bands 2022 contest. The band shortly released their first single ‘Follow Me’, what is obviously inspired by 80s Synthpop melodies.
