Das Ich & Retrojunkies
The team of the Schwarzlicht party invited to celebrate its 15th birthday with a live special - DAS ICH and their support RETROJUNKIES were invited to celebrate. Though the birthday celebration was an awesome reason to come together, it was also a sad one. As the organizers announced it was going to be the last Schwarzlicht party at Fundbureau, at least for the time being. Nevertheless it was going to be a very special, great night.

Perturbator
As a big-time Cyberpunk genre fan, it is no wonder that I came across PERTURBATOR’s video ‘Venger’ some time ago. Fierce (perhaps due to the Black Metal past), electronic and danceable music was hard to miss. As a composer, James Kent gets energy and mix of energy and melody in a very good balance and is not capitalizing just rhythm side; perhaps I would call his compositions not only suitable for a dance floor but also for a movie soundtrack.

The Neal Morse Band
NEAL MORSE is an American singer, multi-instrumentalist, bandleader and progressive Rock composer based in Nashville, Tennessee. In 1992, he formed the Progressive Rock band SPOCK’S BEARD with his brother Alan and released an album which was moderately successful. In 1999, he joined former DREAM THEATER co-founder Mike Portnoy to form the super-group TRANSATLANTIC. In 2002, NEAL MORSE became a born again Christian, left SPOCK’S BEARD and began a Christian Rock solo career, releasing many Progressive Rock concept albums about his new religious faith. In the meantime, he continued to play with TRANSATLANTIC and formed three new bands with Portnoy, YELLOW MATTER CUSTARD, FLYING COLORS and THE NEAL MORSE BAND.

Alice Merton
In ten countries, her song ‘No Roots’ was in the Top 10 which gave her some offers from big labels. But ALICE MERTON rejected them all. She preferred to do everything on her own. That’s why it took a bit longer with the debut album. Three years after ‘No Roots’, ‘Mint’ was released in January. Whether waiting for Alice’s first album was worth it, she showed the curious crowd at the Rockhal on Monday.

Diary of Dreams
For almost a year I have been planning my big trip to Colombia. In March, I was to travel this amazing country for an entire month. I got my flights already in July 2018. In January I planned everything, booked all the hostels and all the flights in Colombia. On 4th of February all plans changed. DIARY OF DREAMS announced their very first show in Colombia for the 23rd of March. I could not believe it! Not only are they one of my all-time favourites, but it also offered me the perfect opportunity to explore Colombia’s Gothic scene. I definitely had to be there!
