The GUANO APES have become really relaxed. Instead of submitting to the mechanisms of the market, the band from Göttingen broke away from them. Don’t produce new records every year and a half, but rather go on stage when the monkey gets itchy again. But then the relaxation is over: Anyone who was there on the first post-pandemic tour, anyone who experienced one of the powerful concerts at the big festivals, knows this. From the first bars of the programmatic opener ‘You Can’t Stop Me’. All the hits up to the last crashing chord of the encore ‘Lords of the Boards’ gave the GUANO APES free rein and literally rocked every audience.

Led by Synth-Pop legend VNV NATION, organizer FKP Scorpio confirms further acts for the M’era Luna Festival. The line-up of Europe’s largest Gothic festival is now complete and around 25,000 guests will once again gather at the Hildesheim-Drispenstedt airfield on August 10th and 11th, 2024. VNV NATION have earned a special reputation: Of course, the core of their sound is consistently electronic, but at the same time the design and effect of their music has always been symphonic and orchestral. It is therefore no coincidence that mastermind Ronan Harris invited the Leipzig Philharmonic to his last and unforgettable M’era Luna visit.
