LACUNA COIL are an Italian Gothic Metal band from Milan, whose heavy guitar-oriented music is defined by the stark contrast between Andrea Ferro’s growling and Cristina Scabbia’s female, clean singing style.
Their 8th released studio album ‘Delirium’ is very much influenced by the haunting image of an old sanatorium, or as the band put it: “’Delirium’ is about the horrors that we must face in everyday life by exploring the unknown, and to one day, hopefully find the cure.” The band is currently on an extensive world tour, and received rave reviews for their intensive live shows.
