Machinists United! The motto of this European tour said it all. EBM/ Industrial Rock legends DIE KRUPPS and FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY know each other well and had some split-releases in the past. Now they finally played a double-headliner concert journey but did not forget to bring some newcomers with them to open up the evening.

The well-filled hall of the Palladium in Cologne was nervous on this evening. People were running more excited than usual from one point to the next to get the best view. There was no crowding, but if someone asked, he was allowed through and not unfriendly dismissed. The audience was a mix from Metal to Pop fans, but invariably with beer, pretzels or tomato soup in hand. The present Viva con Aqua deposit collectors had no bad revenue.

Day-flying moths and nocturnal Goths, from here and afar, they’ve all been eagerly awaiting the second weekend of August. It was finally time for the M’era Luna moon to rise and shine again. The airfield in Hildesheim, Germany, was once again transformed into a Gothic wonderland inviting dark music lovers to spend an eventful weekend with friends old and new. After the first visitors had put up their tents, the traditional Friday readings rang the festival in.

Fools Garden - “Feuer und Flamme - 30 Jahre Flora”

The open-air “Feuer und Flamme” (transl. “Fire and Flame”) around the music fireworks of the pyro specialists “Flash-Art” this year was all about the 30th birthday of the Flora Westfalica. Under the motto “Happy Birthday, Flora” the visitors were expecting a party mile with music fireworks, bands, walking acts and street food.

Californian Metal band DEVILDRIVER brought their tour to Cologne to play a headline show at the intimate venue Gebäude 9 on a warm summer evening. Onto their summer tour, they brought their recent and eighths release, which is called ‘Outlaws ‘Til The End: Vol. 1’, and it was released on July 6th, 2018.
