Biohazard & Written
"I hate the idea of music being labelled: Hiphop, Metal, Rap, Hardcore... who cares?" This sentence is a quote by the BIOHAZARD front man Evan Seinfeld and it hits the mark concerning the band’s attitude, as its style contains Heavy Metal and Hardcore influences as well as Rap elements. Founded in 1988 in the New York borough Brooklyn, the formation became famous all over the world when it released the second long-player `Urban Discipline´ in 1992.

‘In dieser Stadt’ is the name of the current album of Austrian star CHRISTINA STÜRMER and the city she was visiting this Wednesday was Dortmund. The venue was reported to be sold-out and not even at the box office you could get tickets anymore. Oddly enough, that in the hall there was still enough space to easily walk between the people. But we were in the minority to wonder about that, really.

The Neon Judgement
Founded in Leuven in 1980, Dirk Da Davo and TB Frank have returned to their home base at Het Depot, a former movie theatre / television studio refurbished into a concert hall a couple of years ago. And at the same time they presented their new CD ‘Smack’, filling the 10-year gap since the previous album. (Pics of the show also at http://www.drieduizend.be/)

An Operation to Disaster = Operation Downfall
It’s a clear, cold, evening as your hurrying down the freeway at maximum speed trying to get to your destination on time. When all of a sudden your destination breaks its course and you are on a one way trip to the blood bank or worse the operation table. The ambulance pulling up besides the wreckage pulling your carcass onto the stretcher as your soon wheeled into the double doors of the hospital wing your life on the end of its last cycle.

Subway to Sally, Mono Inc.
On the 27th of March 2009, the tenth studio album - ‘Kreuzfeuer’ - of SUBWAY TO SALLY, a Middle Ages rock band from Potsdam and surroundings, appeared. Suitably to the album they started with their “Kreuzfeuer Tour” on 16th April 2009 in Bielefeld. During the whole tour they are accompanied by MONI INC. In the Muffathalle in Munich we could experience them on the 26th April 2009.
