The Rasmus, Fräulein Wunder
After I had arrived at the venue, I noticed the tour bus that was standing in front of the Batschkapp surrounded by some curious girls. Though it was very cold outside, there was a pretty long queue that was obviously dominated by young female fans who had waited for hours to get into the hall. With visible impatience, some girls right in front of the queue started to pound on the doors. Finally, the doors were opened at 8pm and I was virtually pushed into the building.

And One, F.O.D
It was a cold, wet winter’s night in Berlin, when AND ONE invited to the Ladies’ Night at the ColumbiaClub. But it wasn’t raining. These were the combined tears of all men, knowing exactly how much fun their girlfriends and wives would have tonight. For the first time in music history, there should be concerts separated by gender. Of course the ladies made the start…

Lordi, Silverlane, Fatal Smile
The monsters are back in town. In support of their most recent album ‘Deadache’, the Finnish monster rockers LORDI travel through the countries to put the fear of god into the humans attending their shows. You can read a lot about LORDI and what a show they’re laying down on stage, but those texts can’t prepare you for what’s in store for you when wanting to experience a show yourself…

Edguy, All Ends, H.E.A.T
German band EDGUY has a pretty high standing for many Metal/Rock fans, and not only in Germany. As for me, I was one of those not so familiar with the works of this band and I was sincerely hoping all this praise was justified, when we’re setting out to Osnabrück…

Peter Heppner
On Thursday, 22nd January we went to Oberhausen to enjoy PETER HEPPNER at his current tour. PETER HEPPNER is well-known as the (former) lead singer of the famous German synth pop band WOLFSHEIM, but he is also known for successful collaborations with many other electronic music acts like SCHILLER, PAUL VAN DYK, JOACHIM WITT or GOETHES ERBEN. In September 2008, he released his first solo album called ‘Solo’ and now he is touring through Germany.
