Nine Inch Nails, Ladytron
When the NINE INCH NAILS tour was announced back in last autumn one thing was very sure for us: we need a ticket – no matter what! And it was good to buy them since the show was sold out – like several other ones too. When we arrived at the venue quite early for a working day, anything was still relaxed. We had time to chat with some friends and find a nice place to see the support LADYTRON from Liverpool, who opened the shows due to special personal invitation by Trent Reznor.

Strip Music
The debut ‘Strip Music’ was released in 2004 only in Scandinavia, but was there highly acclaimed by local press. First shows abroad in UK, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark or Finland followed. About two years later, it is now time for the second album with the ambiguous title ‘Hollywood & Wolfman’. The band now found a home in Germany at the successful label Drakkar (also LORDI, NIGHTWISH, DE/VISION and more, http://www.drakkar.de/). STRIP MUSIC are Henric de la Cour (vocals), Christian Berg (synthesizer), Fredrick Balck (drums), Valdemar Asp (bass) and Jens Hellqvist (synthesizer). The live line-up was enlarged by another guitar player.

The Killers, Mumm-Ra
With only two albums, THE KILLERS are already among the big Indie heroes of the new century. Although their second long-player ‘Sam’s Town’ got mixed reviews the success speaks for itself. As the demand for THE KILLERS increased since their last tour in autumn, the band decided to meet this with another European leg this March. Time for us to check out THE KILLERS live for the first time…

Röhre, Stuttgart, Germany
22nd February 2007
Terminal Choice
Chris Pohl is a name very well known in the German Gothic scene - and at the same time opinions are pretty much divided when it is mentioned. Especially his band BLUTENGEL, playing very catchy - some would call it shallow - Electro/Goth-Pop, has many fans but also a lot of people dislike them. Nevertheless, this February evening should belong to another band Chris Pohl is a member of: TERMINAL CHOICE were to appear in the Röhre Stuttgart. They are currently travelling through Germany (plus two dates in Paris/France, and also Denmark and Switzerland) on their "New Born Enemies"-tour, which started in the last days of October 2006 in Krefeld and will keep them busy ‘til April 8th, when they will be appearing in Görlitz. On this tour they are promoting their new long-player "New Born Enemies", which has appeared last year via Out of Line Music. For more dates and information visit the band website http://www.terminal-choice.de/.
