Subway to Sally - Nackt II Acoustic Tour
As I arrived at Huxley’s, I had to look around where I am. In front of the door a bunch of people were waiting for entrance and in the club, there were some new arrangements like stairs that guide you to a little platform in the back of the hall and seemed to made for V.I.P. But I wasn’t there for a while, so maybe it isn’t new. Who knows...? The stage setting from stage designer Alexandra Hahn & SUBWAY’s “Nackt II” was already built on and the fans were waiting in front of the stage. I wasn’t sure, why the location was moved from Postbahnhof to the Huxley’s. The official reason was the sold-out Postbahnhof. The Huxley’s seemed to be not that big but obvious a little bit bigger so that everybody gets a ticket for the first concert of “Nackt II” (the continuation of “Nackt 2006”).

Unheilig, Diary of Dreams, Zeromancer
Currently ongoing "Große Freiheit" tour in support of the eponymous, highly successful album of UNHEILIG breaks all records with nearly all dates being sold-out already - including Cologne! So the queue in front of the Palladium easily excelled all assumptions regarding its length. That would become a cosy little concert.

Sepultura, Crowbar, Hamlet, Armed for Apocalypse
Four bands were on schedule this evening to let the apocalypse rain down on the attending crowd with the crowing event being the performance of legendary SEPULTURA. But before they'd be taking the stage there were still 3 bands to watch.

Kamelot, Leaves' Eyes, Adagio
The queue lined up in front of the FZW promised a packed venue. But looking at it from the inside of the venue gave a different picture and it didn’t look like half as many persons were attending from that perspective. In the further course of the evening however more would come. Still the venue didn’t look near sold-out. Anyway, we were curious about the things to come.

Saxon, Big Ball
Celebration time for SAXON! It was 30 years ago that the band signed to the Carrere record label and released their eponymous debut album. Is there any better way to celebrate this event with the most important people a band have - their fans? So, SAXON are on the road again and were coming as well to Bochum to fill the Matrix with friends who were all hot to have fun with the guys who are never to old to rock!
