Raismes Fest 10 - Day 1: Carbur, S2D2, Kill for Peace, Delain, Sheeduz, Koritni, Clampdown, Black Bomb A, Fiinky Pie, Finntroll, Cool Cavemen, Pain of Salvation, Glenn Hughes
The city of Raismes is situated in the area of Valenciennes, in the North of France, at about 30 km from Dour in Belgium and 40 km from Lille. In 1997, some fans of Metal and Progressive rock had the idea to create a new festival with the idea to attract bands with international reputation while also promoting regional bands. The Raismesfest was born and this year it was the tenth edition. Over the years, the festival has grown in reputation and content to cover very different aspects of rock and metal music, becoming one of the most eclectic festivals. The festival takes place in the park of a castel, Le Château de la Princesse d'Arenberg, which serves as lodges and catering place for the bands. The festival is organized with two stages: a main stage for the international bands and, at the opposite, on the other side of the meadow, a small stage, where regional bands have 25 minutes play time, time needed to switch bands on the main stage. This arrangement allows 13 bands to play non-stop for about ten hours each day. The audience has also been growing over the years, reaching between 1000 and 2000 visitors per day.

Autumn, theNAME
In the nice city of Haarlem the Patronaat has been one of the venues in the Netherlands that still offers smaller metal bands a chance to present themselves. Today it's Autumn and theNAME that should have filled up the small hall. Unfortunately, even though it was Friday, the audience wasn't really filling up the venue. Those people out there we however looking forward to a concert of both bands and looking at the band shirts in the audience both bands had fans with them.

Wacken Open Air - Day 3: Sonic Syndicate, Disillusion, Moonspell, Secrets of the Moon, The Vision Bleak, Type O Negative, Immortal, In Flames, Haggard, Subway to Sally, Spellbound
The last day of this year’s Wacken Open Air arrived and I was anxious to see all the upcoming bands. Some of them I’ve already seen at this year’s With Full Force Festival but actually, it didn’t matter to me to see them again. The weather was great: sunshine and a little wind blowing. The 3rd and last day could come!

22nd September 2007
Sportfreunde Stiller, Johnossi
On Saturday, 22nd September, we were the lucky ones who could experience SPORTFREUNDE STILLER in our home town Münster. Up to the beginning of the evening, the band and Münster were connected by two facts: the table leading of the local soccer clubs in their particular leagues and the love for music - latter one you could celebrate in the Halle Münsterland during that Saturday evening. The venue is well-known for the good acoustics and when a concert there is well attended this can only mean one thing: Lots of fun! About 4000 visitors did get anything but a raw deal during that evening, just anticipatory mentioned. Münster was the fourth station on the German tour of SPORTFREUNDE STILLER which was just running for six days now.

1st September 2007
The Graduate, The Sounds, Mess, NOFX, Sportfreunde Stiller, Billy Talent, Nine Inch Nails
You could early see the masses travelling to the stadium and we travelled among them. The weather was comfortably warm, and we didn't have to wait very long at the entrance, that was really pleasant. The festival was set at the edge of the Bodensee, a large holiday area between the borders of Germany and Switzerland.
