After day 1 ended with a rainy mess, the start of day 2 was a rather friendly one with clouds and sunny spells, although the temperatures had dropped a bit to 20 degrees Celsius max.

Rock im Park Day 1 with reviews of Trivium, Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, Die Ärzte
A week before, we received the good news by email: An accreditation for this year’s edition of ROCK IM PARK, the slightly smaller twin of storied festival behemoth ROCK AM RING. The arrival in Nuremberg and the check-in procedure on Friday early afternoon went surprisingly smooth. The weather was really warm and sunny, and everything boded well for a perfect festival start.

Die Antwoord
At the weekend they were on the festival stages of Rock am Ring, Rock im Park and Pinkpop Festival, on Tuesday they were already in the Rockhal in Esch. DIE ANTWOORD turned the Rockhal and its audience into a huge dance floor on that night.

The Tallest Man On Earth - European Tour 2019
Pentecost is the time of open air festivals. And because of this competition it’s not surprising that the concert of THE TALLEST MAN ON EARTH aka Kristian Matsson at the Cologne E-Werk was not sold out. It wasn’t too empty though - after all there were about 1,500 fans in the venue - but the E-Werk would have had room for more music enthusiasts. And they would have had lots of fun because the show that THE TALLEST MAN ON EARTH offered deserved a full house.

Animals as Leaders
ANIMALS AS LEADERS is an American Progressive band based out of Los Angeles, CA. The band is composed of guitarists Tosin Abasi and Javier Reyes along with drummer Matt Garstka. Their unique musical style incorporates musical influences from Metal, Jazz, Electronic, Latin, Classical, and Fusion. In 2009 AAL released their self-titled debut album on Prosthetic Records which quickly launched them into being a trend-setting group in their genre worldwide. Since then the group has released two more albums, ‘Weightless’ and ‘The Joy of Motion’ which debuted at #23 in the Billboard Top 200. They just embarked on a 10th Anniversary Tour in 2019.
