Schlossgrabenfest 2009 Day 3 & 4 Entega-Stage: Radiopilot, Aloha From Hell, Max Mutzke, Extrabreit, Boppin´ B
Since 1999, the Schlossgrabenfest, the biggest festival in the federal state of Hessen, has transformed the inner city of Darmstadt into a boiling pot. The festival has become a well-attended event which attracted more than 400,000 visitors this year. Besides enjoying the free admission and the culinary delicacies, many people were looking forward to the musical line-up taking place on four stages and coming up with artists such as EXTRABREIT, DONOTS, LUXUSLAERM or MAX MUTZKE. http://www.schlossgrabenfest.de/

Beth Hart & Markus Vollmer
Last year, the Californian singer and songwriter BETH HART released her fourth album `37 Days´. According to the long-player’s title, it only took 37 days to record it. Due to her unique voice, the intense lyrics and a Blues-influenced soundscape, the previous albums `Immortal´ (1996), `Screamin’ for my Supper´ (2000) and `Leave the Light on´ (2006) attracted a big following, The musician, who also plays the guitar and the piano, is particularly popular in the Netherlands and Scandinavia, but she is on the rise in Germany too.

Lo Pro
Six years have gone by since the whereabouts of modern rock n roll act LO PRO. Now they so happened to reappear and make their music once again available to its listeners. LO PRO performed at the Whisky in Hollywood and threw out a 45-minute set up consisting of old and new material.

Daybreak Ends
When it’s time for the day to come to end do you ever sit back and wonder what would happen if the day had the mind of its own? Sounds to me like this day is turning out to become a Daybreak Ends, which is also the band’s name that tends to suit them quite well.
