Die Ärzte, Drangsal & Lüt
Farin Urlaub (guitar and vocals), Bela B (drums, vocals and guitar) and Rodrigo Gonzalez (guitar, bass and vocals) form one of the most iconic German Rock bands: DIE ÄRZTE! All three perform and write their own songs. Due to Corona they had to postponed their tour several times but now they can finally launch their “Buffalo Bill in Rom” Tour 2022. The spacious Maimarktgelände is a great location for an open-air concert and DIE ÄRZTE were not alone on stage. As support you could see DRANGSAL who is also an awesome German singer songwriter who is known for his New Wave, Post-Punk and Indie-Pop songs. In addition, the Norwegian Rock band LÜT was on stage.

MPS Luhmühlen 2022 with d’Artagnan, Mr. Hurley & die Pulveraffen, Feuerschwanz, Versengold, Fiddlers Green, Saltatio Mortis and Subway to Sally
The Mittelalterlich Phantasie Spectaculum in Luhmühlen is one of the biggest and the finale of this year’s MPS season. Whoever plays here has the opportunity to significantly expand their fanbase and become known in the mediaeval music scene. SALTATIO MORTIS, for example, one of the headliners today, started here almost 20 years ago on the smallest stage and now fills entire halls. The two main stages were played alternately, only the two headliners SALTATIO MORTIS and SUBWAY TO SALLY will play at the same time.

Lacrimas Profundere - “How To Shroud Yourself With Night” Tour 2022
This year I was already lucky enough to see LACRIMAS PROFUNDERE live at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig. Now, I reported for the first time from Hamburg’s Logo Club where the band played a gig as part of their “How To Shroud Yourself With Night” tour 2022. Since I’ve been living in Hamburg for only half a year now, I still find it incredibly exciting to discover new venues, big and small, whatever, each one has its own flavour, but of course, it’s always the artist and not the venue that makes the atmosphere of the night.

Peter Heppner - Acoustic Tour
There are not many voices in this world that are so unique and immediately recognisable. Especially not among German singers. Four years ago, PETER HEPPNER released two new albums, ‘Confessions & Doubts’ and ‘Tanzzwang’, with which he is now touring. Accompanying him is his live band which has already proven itself during his last concert tour. Unfortunately, the planned “Acoustic Tour” had to be postponed several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But now, it was finally happening…
