Skunk Anansie - “European Tour 2025”
SKUNK ANANSIE is a British Rock band formed in 1994, known for their powerful blend of punk, metal, and alternative rock. Fronted by the dynamic singer Skin, the band gained fame for their politically charged lyrics and energetic performances. Hits like ‘Weak’ and ‘Hedonism’ helped establish them as icons of the 1990s rock scene. After a hiatus, they reformed in 2009, continuing to captivate audiences with their bold sound and Skin's unmistakable voice.
The music can best be categorised as Alternative Rock and is characterised by political songwriting. There are links to BLACK SABBATH and RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE. The lyrics deal with racism and affluence, and emphasise the diversity of possible ways of life.
