Pet Shop Boys & Das Gezeichnete Ich
On Saturday 12th we had the chance to enjoy the legendary PET SHOP BOYs at their current tour in Münster. According to the local promoter, about 5,000 people made their way to the show. Remembering that the band was most famous in the 80s, it was not surprising that the audience was at least in their 30s. The venue was already filled up pretty well when the support act entered the stage.

VII Moscow Synthetic Snow Festival: Kirlian Camera, Diorama, Roman Rain, Dupont, Purple Fog Side, Mechanical Apfelsine
On 5th of December, the weather was getting worse and the festival was even marked with some snow. So we were frozen waiting in the street while the doors opened that happened much later than it was promised. When we finally got inside it was still early for the event to start, so we could a good look at the audience that amazed with its diversity. Killing some time in that way we even didn’t notice when the show had begun.

Taste of Chaos Tour 2009: In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Heaven Shall Burn, Every Time I Die, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster

But the “Taste of Chaos Tour” wasn’t a normal circumstance. Thus, it didn’t surprise me to find already countless people waiting to get into the venue, some wearing t-shirts. I had hardly entered the venue as somebody told me the first band was already playing, nearly 45 minutes before the event was supposed to officially take off…

Silbermond, Für Immer
Meanwhile, the German pop / rock formation from Bautzen has been on “Nichts passiert” tour since this year’s spring; a long period of time that should have caused visible signs of fatigue on the faces of the four young musicians. However, front woman Stefanie Kloß (vocals), Andreas Nowak (drums), Thomas Stolle (guitar, keys, backing vocals) and Johannes Stolle (bass) appeared alive and kicking when they played a sold-out concert at the Jahrhunderthalle located in Frankfurt.

Coppelius, Corleemad, Silent Poem, Remember Twilight
There are bands that became a legend. There are bands that may become a legend one day. And there is COPPELIUS, who have created its own legend and live in it. After everything I've heard about this band I was eager to see them on the stage, and this evening became really memorable for me due to the extraordinary performance of the COPPELIUS and positive surprises, due to some of support bands.
