Our guest today is Dennis “DeeDxg” Lindner - guitarist of the Punk Rock band DRUNKEN SWALLOWS. One of the reasons I love this project so much is that it constantly brings me into contact with artists from completely different music genres - often ones I hadn’t been aware of before, but who turn out to be really cool. That was the case this time, too. The interview was a lot of fun! You’re going to enjoy this!Reflections of Darkness [RoD]: When did you get your first tattoo, and what design did you choose?
DeeDxg:I got my first tattoo in 2011 at White Rabbit Tattoo Studio in New York City. The design I chose was the four LED ZEPPELIN symbols.

Today I had the chance to bombard Andrew “Aro” Owen with my tattoo questions. Andrew lives in the UK and is part of three different music projects with a dark electro influence. One thing I love about this project is that it allows me to discover different artists from around the world and an endless number of new bands. Our guest today is from Pennsylvania, USA. He is the vocalist and bassist of NO LIMITATIONS, a Punk Rock band, and also the bassist of the early melodic Hardcore band MEANDERTHAL. A very interesting mix of styles - and I hope this will be reflected in his tattoos as well. Let’s find out…- Details

I conducted this interview a few years ago during one of the Out of Line Weekender festivals. But for one reason or another, something always came up that delayed my work on it. Over the years, I’ve come to learn what a great person and musician Elliott is, and I truly appreciate how he has supported my homeland, Ukraine, since the beginning of this terrible war. Today, I’m truly proud to finally share this interview with you.- Details

Every one of our interviews has its own story and is unique. This interview with Lex took almost four years until I finally had everything I needed. When we met at the “Volle Kraft Voraus” Festival, the last hurdle was overcome - we were finally able to take a photo of Lex’s tattoo. I had to serve as the background for it, so unfortunately it’s not fully visible, but sometimes you just have to be happy with what you get. Now I’m excited to share our interview with you.
