Turbinenhalle, Oberhausen, Germany9th October 2016
Birdy & Antje Schomaker
Turbinenhalle Oberhausen, always a great place for a concert. Tonight, it is BIRDY I am going to see. The young English singer has released her third album in March and is currently touring Europe. I am looking forward to an energetic yet emotional performance by a woman with a tremendous voice in a great venue where the cool industrial atmosphere will be met by warm songs.

Coppelius & Christian von Aster
It was the last time. The last time of enjoying such a terrific German band named COPPELIUS. It was evening and because of the beginning autumn, cold and dark outside. People sneaked around corners with the same target: Knust, Hamburg! They didn't want to miss that great pleasure, COPPELIUS combined with Christian von Aster as support. Many people wore really fitting clothes for this event: something in the direction of steam-punk and - of course - top hats and frock coats!

Madness & The Frits
This evening was characterized by the sound of Ska. Not often do the German fans of MADNESS have the chance to see their favourite band in Germany and so this event was surely something to be looking forward to.

Goethes Erben & Sara Noxx
GOETHES ERBEN have often been defined as the founders of the European darkwave. Oswald Henke, the mastermind behind GOETHES ERBEN, has been busy with his side projects FETISCH:MENSCH and HENKE in the past years since Mindy Kumbalek, GOETHES ERBEN’s former keyboarder, and himself decided to take a break from this project several years ago. Now they are back, without Mindy, to deliver a great show in Berlin, supported by SARA NOXX.
