Emilie Autumn - Fight Like A Girl Tour
If you are going to a show of EMILIE AUTUMN and expect to see a concert you’ll be probably disappointed. So you better forget about the idea of a concert in a classically sense as you will experience a kind of Victorian- Punk Burlesque/ Vaudeville show with music from the playback except a short play at the keyboard or violin. And if there hadn’t been some problems with EMILIE AUTUMN’s headset you could suspect that even the singing came from the playback. The show is part of the “Fight Like A Girl” (F.L.A.G.) world tour promoting her correspondent album which was released in 2012 based on her autobiographical novel ‘The Asylum for Wayward Victorian Girls’.

Front Line Assembly, Haujobb & Ivardensphere
Around their appearances at the M'era Luna Festival, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY and HAUJOBB had a few mutual German dates as part of the European leg of the “Echogenetic Tour”, which started in Moscow with a sold-out gig. 'Echogenetic' is the title of the latest FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY album, by the way the first one which charted in Germany's Top 100! Promising a more “old school” show that is less guitars and more electronics in FLA's case, it was a must-see show for any EBM/ Industrial fan. We already had the pleasure to see FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY's performance at the M'era Luna festival, and as this one exceeded all expectations the best thing to do was doing it all over again exactly one week later at the Zentrum Altenberg in Oberhausen, Germany.

M’era Luna Festival Day 2: Schwarzer Engel, ASP & Kai Meyer reading, Unzucht, Coppelius, Eden Weint Im Grab, The 69 Eyes, In The Nursery, Tanzwut, Clan Of Xymox, Staubkind, [:SITD:], Apoptygma Berzerk, Kirlian Camera, Blutengel, Zeromancer, Front 242, Front Line Assembly, Nightwish
The second day came quickly after a short night and the day was greeting us with the best festival weather: not too sunny, temperatures around 25°C. Unfortunately, some rain made it to the airport but this surely didn’t darken the great mood on this Sunday. The day was promised to be filled with great bands, from electronic tunes up to heavier guitar sounds – there was something for everyone. The highlight was surely NIGHTWISH with new their new singer. Expectations were high and, at least spoken for myself, the people were satisfied.
