Left To Die - “Reborn Dead” Tour 2023 - Support: Hiraes and Plaguemace
Death Metal supergroup LEFT TO DIE visited the F-Haus in Jena on the “Reborn Dead” tour. Together with two support bands, this concert evening was a blast. First band on stage was PLAGUEMACE from Denmark. Very good straight-forward Death Metal. Second band was HIRAES from Germany. Wow, Melodic Death Metal and so powerful. One thing is for sure you will see this band in the future on many stages because they are great! And the highlight of the evening was the headliner LEFT TO DIE. So many old-school Death Metal fans in the crowd and they all enjoyed the concert from start to end. If you missed it, you can find a few pictures in our gallery.

Avatar - “Dance Devil Dance Tour” - Support: Kassogtha, Veil of Maya
The Heavy Metal’n’Roll dark madcap visionaries collectively known as AVATAR didn’t pick their moniker by accident. An “avatar” is defined as either a manifestation of a deity in bodily form or an icon representing a separate being in another realm. Both meanings perfectly describe the Swedish Rock sensations, as they’ve built something larger than life.

Tarja Turunen - “RAW Tour 2023” - Support: Temperance, Serpentyne
Tarja’s album ‘In The Raw’ was released in 2019. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the tour due to the pandemic. But now it was finally time for their fans. Together with her support bands she visited the Hellraiser in Leipzig. The evening was opened by the Symphonic Rockers SERPENTYNE from London caring for a great start of the evening, followed by TEMPERANCE from Italy. Wow, they played a great set. Then Tarja entered the stage and was euphorically celebrated by her fans. Tarja and her band live on stage is always a very special experience. Devin Townsend - “Lightwork Tour 2023” - Support: Klone, Fixation
First band on stage at Werk2 was FIXATION from Norway. The still young band combines very well Metalcore, Stadium Rock and Post Metal with electronic elements and dynamic melodious synthesizers. They left no doubt that they give their full energy live on stage. They were able to convince the audience and will soon build up their own fan community. The second band that night was KLONE from France. Wow! What a voice and a convincing performance. The audience loved it. The evening was worth it for these two bands alone. The crowning glory was, of course, the evening’s headliner, DEVIN TOWNSEND. He was rightly celebrated by the audience for an excellent concert. You can find a few impressions from this concert in our gallery. Enjoy!
