25–26 July 2026 at Cologne Tanzbrunnen: The anniversary edition of the AMPHI FESTIVAL is now taking its final shape. Just in time for Christmas, the organisers have announced the final wave of bands, completing the full line-up for 20 years of AMPHI.Many of the newly confirmed acts will be making their AMPHI debut, bringing fresh perspectives, new sonic colours and powerful voices to the Tanzbrunnen.
JOACHIM WITT: An icon. A voice that has shaped generations. JOACHIM WITT is one of the most influential figures in the German Dark Rock and NDW universe. His songs are hymns balanced between pathos, provocation and poetry, always an intense experience when performed live.
ECHOBERYL: Dark Post-Punk with attitude. ECHOBERYL combine angular guitars, driving basslines and a distinctive voice to create a sound somewhere between club night and urban melancholy.
DINA SUMMER: Dark Disco meets Italo wave and cold romance. DINA SUMMER stand for hypnotic beats, bittersweet melodies and danceable darkness, perfect for long nights by the Rhine.
FLORIAN GREY: Modern Dark Rock with depth, big choruses and emotional power. FLORIAN GREY blend alternative influences with dark elegance and a strong live presence.
KLLSIGNL: Electronic darkness with a sharp edge. KLLSIGNL deliver an uncompromising sound between EBM, Industrial and contemporary club aesthetics.
MOTEL TRANSYLVANIA: Gothic Rock with bite and elegance. Dark romance, driving rhythms and a flair for grand choruses make their songs the perfect soundtrack for the night.
SILENT RUNNERS: Atmospheric Synthpop with a cinematic touch. Dreamy, melancholic and yet danceable, music for the late hours under the open sky.
THE SWEET KILL: Melancholic Post-Punk with energy and conviction. Driving, emotional and intense, an act that gets right under your skin live.
When the Tanzbrunnen in Cologne, right on the banks of the Rhine, once again transforms into a sea of black, sound and emotion, one thing is clear: it is AMPHI time. Between the open-air stage, theatre, Rhine terraces, beach club and after-show parties, a truly unique atmosphere emerges year after year, urban, familiar and unmistakable.
