Can you imagine that it’s been over a decade now that ‘Broken Grind’, SOLAR FAKE’s debut records, saw the light of day?! Founded in 2007 the unique, high-class and addictive electro act has a total of five captivating long-play albums filled with smashing hits, moving ballads and amazing cover versions to their name. SOLAR FAKE have delighted their crowds over the years by also being a stellar live act. Nowadays, exceptional vocalist Sven Friedrich is not only supported by long-term partner in crime, André Feller at the keys, but also by Jens “Jeans” Halbauer who adds some amazing and driving drumming to SOLAR FAKE’s live sound.
End of August 2018, they released ‘You Win. Who Cares?’ presenting the pinnacle of their discography thus far. It entered the German album charts on rank 20. After the highly successful release show at the Kulttempel in Oberhausen, the wait is finally over: Germany's electro favourites SOLAR FAKE are going to celebrate their latest opus live visiting ten cities from January till March. Of course older, beloved classics from the first three records will also be found on the setlist, so bring your dancing shoes. ‘Broken Grind’, ‘Frontiers’, and ‘Reasons to kill’ were re-released under the title ‘One 2 Three’ in December 2018 - a great intro piece for new fans and cool collectible for SF-diehards as one also gets to hear six bonus live tracks.
Speaking of live... On January 26th in Cologne, Electro-Pop trio SEADRAKE will be aboard once again as a special guest. Please note that the show was relocated from the Luxor to Club Volta.
